Whether you already have a Pinterest board full of ideas or you have absolutely no idea where to begin, we’ll start there.
02. Building the foundations
Next, we’ll turn those ideas into a clear plan.
We’ll look at your budget, planning timeline, guest numbers and venue requirements, giving us a strong foundation for everything that follows.
If you haven’t found your venue yet, I can help research and shortlist spaces that suit your wedding, priorities and budget.
03. Finding your wedding team
The right suppliers make such a difference.
I’ll help source and recommend suppliers who suit your style, priorities and budget, helping you navigate quotes and proposals so you can make informed decisions about who you want around you on your day.
Once your team is coming together, I’ll keep track of the moving pieces behind the scenes.
04. Bringing your vision to life
This is where everything starts to feel like your wedding.
We’ll develop the overall look and feel of your celebration, considering everything from colour palettes and tablescapes to stationery, florals, décor and the guest experience.
Because beautiful weddings aren’t about following a template. They’re about creating something that feels personal to the two of you.
05. Perfecting every detail
As the wedding gets closer, I’ll bring all those individual plans together.
Timings, logistics, supplier communication, final details and the easily forgotten little things will all be carefully considered.
Everyone knows where they need to be, when they need to be there and what needs to happen.
06. Your wedding day
By the time your wedding arrives, I know the plans inside out.
I’ll oversee your suppliers, manage the timeline, keep everything moving and deal with anything unexpected behind the scenes.
