WEDDING COORDINATION
You've planned the day. Now let me take care of the rest.
You’ve spent months making decisions, booking suppliers and bringing your wedding together. When the day finally arrives, you shouldn’t be answering supplier calls, checking timings or wondering whether everything is where it needs to be.
That’s where I come in.
I’ll step in before the wedding, get to know your plans and take over the logistics behind the scenes, so when the day arrives, you can switch off from planning mode and simply enjoy it.
YOU’VE DONE THE PLANNING
Now it’s time to hand it over.
There comes a point when you need to stop being the wedding planner and start being the bride or groom.
In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll go through your plans, speak with your suppliers and build a clear timeline for the day. I’ll make sure I understand what should be happening, when it should happen and who needs to be where.
Then, on your wedding day, I become the point of contact.
Suppliers come to me. Questions come to me. Last-minute changes come to me.
You get to be present for the wedding you’ve spent so long planning.

THE KOSO COORDINATION EXPERIENCE
What happens when you hand your wedding over to me?
01. Getting to know you & your wedding
Before I can take over, I need to understand the two of you and the wedding you’ve planned.
We’ll talk through your plans, priorities, suppliers and all the little details that matter to you. This is your chance to hand everything over and make sure I understand exactly how you want your day to come together.
02. Creating your wedding-day timeline
I’ll bring all of your plans together into one clear timeline, covering the key moments, supplier timings and logistics for the day.
I’ll look at how everything fits together, identify any gaps or potential clashes and make sure the day has a realistic flow.
03. Getting everyone on the same page
Once the timeline is taking shape, I’ll connect with your key suppliers, confirm the important details and make sure everyone understands the plan for the day.
Any final timings or logistical details can be ironed out now, so everyone knows where they need to be and when.
04. Final details
As the wedding approaches, we’ll work through those final questions and last-minute details so that by the time your wedding arrives, you can confidently hand everything over.
05. Wedding morning
While you're getting ready, I'll be checking the venue, coordinating supplier arrivals, overseeing set-up and making sure everything is ready for your guests.
You shouldn't be receiving “Where should I put this?” messages while you're having your hair done.
06. Your celebration
Once the day begins, I'll keep everything moving behind the scenes.
I'll manage timings, communicate with suppliers, help guide guests and deal with the inevitable little changes that happen during a live event.
You enjoy your wedding. I'll keep an eye on everything else.

So what am I actually doing on the day?
Quite a lot, actually.
Supplier coordination
Your suppliers have one point of contact, so you're not fielding questions throughout the day.
Timeline management
Keeping an eye on timings and gently moving things along when needed.
Set-up oversight
Making sure the spaces and important details are ready before your guests arrive.
Guest & wedding-party guidance
Helping everyone know where they need to be without you having to organise them.
Problem solving
Handling the unexpected quietly behind the scenes wherever possible.
Keeping everything connected
Venue, caterers, photographer, entertainment, speeches, cake cutting, first dance. I'm keeping an eye on how all the moving pieces fit together.
YOU’VE DONE ENOUGH PLANNING.
Now go and enjoy your wedding.
