Venue Styling & Setup Arrive to a beautifully styled venue, without lifting a finger. Your wedding morning should be spent soaking up every moment, not rushing around setting up décor or asking family and friends to do it for you. Our Venue Styling & Setup service is designed to bring your vision to life, ensuring every finishing touch is perfectly in place before your guests arrive. Whether you're using your own décor, hiring items from Koso Kreates, or combining both, we'll carefully style your venue exactly as planned, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the excitement of your day. What's Included - Initial consultation to discuss your styling plans and vision - Final planning call 4–6 weeks before your wedding - Styling and setup of your personal décor and hired items - Table styling, place settings and stationery - Welcome signs, seating plans and guestbook displays - Gift, card and favour tables - Backdrops and decorative displays - Indoor and outdoor styling (where applicable) - Up to 3 hours of venue styling and setup Need additional time or an extra pair of hands? Additional styling hours and team members can be arranged for larger or more complex weddings. Investment From £395 Pricing may vary depending on your venue location, guest numbers, styling requirements and whether additional team members are needed. Looking for Something Smaller? If you only need help with a few finishing touches, such as signage, place cards or a small setup, I also offer bespoke light venue setup packages.
