Service Description

Our half day setup and coordination service is one of our most popular packages. It is especially good for couples who have booked dry hire venues, marquee and village hall weddings. It’s also fabulous for festival field weddings. If you have your suppliers booked and lots of your own décor to display, but would like a professional to oversee the setup and coordination, we can help. With our half day package we will be at your chosen venue for 6 hours. This usually covers from morning setup through to everyone being seated for your wedding breakfast. We ensure discreet seamless coordination to give you peace of mind and take the stress out the main part of the day before the dancing begins! OUR HALF DAY SERVICE INCLUDES: An initial no obligation telephone consultation Review of your supplier timeline and recommendations on timing changes if needed Order of the day review A meeting at your chosen venue 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding to discuss setup We will contact all suppliers 2-4 weeks before your wedding to give our contact information Oversee and coordinate all suppliers on the day Point of contact on the day for the venue, suppliers, bride, groom and guests Setup and styling of your own purchased items for your ceremony Guest assistance from arrival until seated for wedding breakfast Discreet seamless coordination from ceremony to wedding breakfast Dressing of wedding breakfast tables as per your table plan and requirements Dressing of cake table, cards & guest book table, bar area and any other areas you may require This service includes unlimited email and telephone conversations - Kreation hours included Up to 6 hours of setup and coordination at your venue Prices From - £649* *Price may vary depending on our travel time and distance to venue FURTHER SERVICES: 10% off hired items when booked alongside packages Extended coordination or set up hours Extra person for setup, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger weddings) Customise stationery
